Harvard Model Congress relies on student participant fees to cover all of our costs, which range from staff transportation to the publication of the HMC briefing book. In order to guarantee your school’s place at the conference, please submit our application form. After registering online, you will receive an invoice via email.
The conference fees are broken down into two parts: the delegate fee and the school fee.
The delegate fee is $115 per delegate, and it includes all aspects of the conference, with the exception of hotel accommodations.
The school fee is determined according to the date by which the fee is paid:
Early Deadline (September 21): $99
Regular Deadline (October 19): $149
Late Deadline (November 16): $199
Hotel fees are paid separately. Please note that we requires all delegations stay at the Sheraton Boston. More information about our venue can be found here.
